Warranty

Each bike we sell comes complete with an invoice, warranty details and after care information. 

We pride ourselves on customer service and strive to make sure our clients are happy with our service, happy with the product we sell and of course happy to use us again and most importantly recommend us to others.

Although brand new bikes come with a full warranty from the manufacturer, most previously owned bikes don’t usually come with any sort of warranty and that is one of our unique selling points. All of our bikes, whether new or pre owned come with a warranty whether they have been upgraded over the course of time. Bikes are unique to their owners and we have to cater for this.

When you are viewing or purchasing a bike, we will inform you about the warranty for that individual bike.

Additionally, we offer a dedicated aftercare service – completely free to our customers – as part of our commitment to ongoing support. Whether its sourcing replacement parts or providing expert advice, we are here to help with any situation that may arise.
