Refund and Returns Policy

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, we are pleased to offer a no quibble returns policy on all of our items, within 14 days of your purchase.

In order to return the item please call 07949 204212 or contact us through our website.

The conditions for returning items are as follows:

• The item is required to be in re-saleable condition
• The item must be in original packaging with all of the original paperwork
• The product’s warranty must not be activated
• The product must not be used, or it’s original condition altered

Note: If a delivered product has been damaged during transit, any damages are required to be reported to us immediately.
